No, you can’t. The HomeRebate® is a special gift to our loyal clients. As a buyer, you have the opportunity to enjoy HomeRebate® by signing a standard Buyer Brokerage Contract and a unique HomeRebate® document before or during the 1st home showing trip. Please be aware that this opportunity is NOT offered after the 1st home showing trip. The reason is that HomeRebate® is calculated based on the commission paid by the seller, and how much time we spend serving you. We only keep service records for signed up buyers. If one doesn't sign up at the very beginning, there is no way to trace back the service record accurately later on.

If you did not sign up for HomeRebate® before or during the 1st home showing trip, we may still be happy to offer you our services, however, without the bonus HomeRebate®.

As said, the Buyer Brokerage Contract is the foundation of HomeRebate® system. Without the contract, it is even illegal to pay back any commission to home buyers. Besides, realtors invest a lot of time and effort on and behind the scenes, attending mandatory continue education, reviewing MLS market data, showing homes and negotiating on behalf of clients into midnights. Without a contract, a client can turn around and buy from another agent or FSBO at any time. If a buyer does that, a realtor’s previous work was totally wasted. Want to know why all other Realtors charge high commissions? For good clients have to pay for the losses caused by all those wasted hours and lost customers. So much for fairness! With HomeRebate®, good clients will be rewarded instead of being punished.
