Isn't it always the first question get into your mind when you decide to sell? A house price is decided by its market value, which is in a certain range related to time, neighborhood, location, structure, layout, age, market, interest rate etc. The best way to find out the reasonable price is through a CMA (Comparative Market price Analysis). Within the objective price range, real sold price can reach upper range with the help of a professional realtor like us or lower range with a bad agent or FSBO. The price difference can easily be tens of thousands dollars. There are different strategies and tactics to sell fast & high, fast & low, slow & high or slow & low. (Who wants "slow & low"? Well, some people DO, intentionally or not.) If you want to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion before you meet us, please feel free to get it from whoever provide free CMA. Just beware some of them may produce CMAs with artificially boosted prices to attract your business.
